Founder/Managing Director
Jeff has had over 40 years of experience in the IT and software development industries. From an initial background in electrical engineering and process control systems, Jeff has built a reputation as a highly-skilled full stack developer with a particular focus on bespoke applications for businesses of all sizes.
In addition, Jeff has built a strong base of experience in IT – having managed everything from small businesses to 200+-seat corporate networks.
He has a passion for consultancy and enjoys finding the right solution for each customer.

Furthermore, adept at bridging the gap between technical and non-technical audiences, I prioritise education as a cornerstone of cybersecurity, safeguarding information, data, and privacy.

With a decade entrenched in the IT industry, I hold a steadfast commitment to precision and consistently aim to exceed client expectations. My expertise spans a broad spectrum, encompassing advanced IT support, server and Active Directory administration, firewall and network security, Microsoft 365 management, AWS and Azure proficiency, and VoIP phone system management.
Collaborating with clients to discern optimal solutions tailored to their needs is a facet of my role that I relish. I take pleasure in navigating through challenges to deliver outcomes that surpass expectations, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.
In my spare time, I enjoy biking and walking around the Taupo area.
