JV Protect Endpoint - Comprehensive Endpoint Protection

Endpoint Is our solution for protecting client devices.  Endpoint Is available for Windows, Mac and Linux computers and servers.

  • Remote monitoring and support – Endpoint provides automated monitoring of machines for issues (e.g. low disk space, high memory usage, hardware failure) and automatically notifies our service desk in the event issues are detected. It can also attempt to resolve these issues automatically via programmed workflows.

    It also offers asset tracking – it maintains full system information on all devices in your organization. Furthermore, it incorporates a TeamViewer-style remote support tool so our team can quickly and easily jump on and assist you.

  • Antivirus & EDR: Endpoint includes a state-of-the-art antivirus solution as well as Endpoint Detection & Response – the latest innovation in endpoint cybersecurity. Endpoint detects not only outright malware and viruses, but also potentially malicious behaviour – providing complete wraparound protection.
  • Software & Patch Management: make your life easier with automated deployment of over 200 popular apps, as well as fully managed patch/update management to ensure all your devices are kept updated and secured.
  • Backup: Endpoint also incorporates a full backup solution, allowing for a complete backup of any machine on which Endpoint is installed.

JV Protect User - Total Cloud Protection

User is our solution for protecting cloud users (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google, etc.).

  • Cloud/SaaS Backup – User provides full backup of information stored in cloud services (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google Workspaces, Salesforce, etc.) – such as emails, files, Teams chats and groups, etc.
  • Phishing/Anti-Spam Protection – User provides advanced anti-phishing and anti-spam protection, safeguarding your organization against threats.
  • Dark Web Monitoring – User includes automated monitoring of the Internet for password leaks and other evidence of potential hacks
  • User Awareness Training – User offers automated user awareness training, with training modules on all aspects of cyber-safety that can be selected and delivered to some or all of your users via email.
  • User Susceptibility Testing – User also offers simulated campaigns to test users to gauge their awareness of cyber-safety concerns.
  • SaaS Application Protection – automated protection of your cloud services (Microsoft 365, etc.) with fully automated monitoring, response and alerting – protecting you against threats.
